Brian Vernor was raised in Santa Cruz, CA and now works out of Los Angeles. His early cycling documentaries and photography lead to commercial and editorial commissions from Rapha, Nike, Giro, Saucony, NBC, D Magazine, BIKE, and Outside, among others. Brian's interest in custom bicycles and industrial design lead him to create documentary and advertising films focussed on design teams at Casper, Alphabet, MillerKnoll and Design Within Reach. He balances commercial projects in both design and sports with personal film projects. His current work in progress is a documentary featuring Danish artist Chris Halstrøm in residence at the MAK Center's RM Schindler designed Fitzpatrick-Leland House. It is set for completion in 2024.
